Meet the Team

  • Paul Rudolf

    PRESIDENT

    Paul (190 NNR) is a third generation resident of Long Pond. He is an attorney and lives in the Washington, DC area.

  • David Meer

    SECRETARY

    David is a management consultant and avid amateur musician. He splits time between Long Pond (80NNR) and New York City.

  • Bill Waters

    TREASURER

    Bill lives at 118 Northern Neck. While he has only lived on the Neck for the past 7 years, he has been coming to MDI all of his life. Prior to his retirement, he was the Chief Financial Officer of a small pharmaceutical company in the Boston area.

  • Cynthia Kelmenson

    Cynthia (65 NNR) is also a third generation Long Pond resident. She is an emergency room physician in Denver.

  • Bob Foster

    Culvert Committee Member

    Bob (3 Pine Cove Lane) is a full time Long Pond resident. He runs The Motor Company, which renovates and sells classic cars and trucks.

  • Adam Wales

    Culvert Committee Member

    Adam (4 Sundew Lane) lives on MDI full time with his wife Jennifer Paigen-Wales and two teenage children Evie and Sasha. Avid sailor, kayaker, cyclist, and skier Adam also runs Whitecap Services (Caretaking) and is a boat captain.

  • Strick Heilman

    Strick (122 NNR) has had a long career in sports marketing and lives in Virginia.
